Have you ever ordered several items and found some of them too large, not very likeable, or not what you had imagined them to be?

When we will receive your returned items and your data for money transfer, we will return the purchase money to your current or Paypal account as soon as possible.
Kibuba d.o.o. guarantees the quality of goods with importer’s or producer’s warranty. Items have warranty if so stated in the warranty certificate. Warranty is valid if instructions in the warranty certificate have been taken into account and upon presentation of the invoice.
Warranty information is also contained on the page with the description of an item. If there is no information about warranty, the item does not have it or the information is currently unavailable. If latter is the case, a customer can contact the seller who will provide current information.
In case of malfunction due to incorrect use, negligent conduct, mechanical damage, or malfunctioning in cases of force majeure, warranty does not apply. Warranty also does not apply if goods show visible signs of handling by unknown and unauthorised persons, incorrect use, or negligent conduct.
If you are not happy with the ordered items, you have the right, pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, to inform the company (by email, phone, or regular post, where the dispatch date stamped at the post office has to be within the deadline for sending the message) within fourteen days of receipt of goods that you wish to withdraw from the contract and, pursuant to law, you are not obliged to state reasons for withdrawing from the contract. However, Kibuba d.o.o. strongly recommends that you send us an email with information about your order to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know whether you wish to exchange goods or have the purchase money refunded. We wish to correct our mistakes and further improve our service. Products must be returned within fourteen days after withdrawing from the contract at the latest and the products must be unused and intact, unless the damage to the product has not been caused by the customer. When returning goods, a customer bears only the cost of direct return. A return is considered timely if the shipment is dispatched within the deadline.
We will transfer the purchase money for returned items to your current account, by postal money order, or, upon agreement, consider it as credit for the next purchase. We will refund the purchase money within fourteen days after the receipt of the notification about the withdrawal from the purchase. However, we will keep the refund if we will not receive the returned goods or a certificate of the returned shipment from a customer within the prescribed deadline. The provider does not have to accept cash-on-delivery (COD) shipments or shipments which do not comply with its general terms and conditions. Upon agreement, the goods can also be delivered in person to a business unit of the company.
A customer can make a complaint concerning a defect for any purchased product that either has or does not have warranty.
A customer can make a complaint concerning a defect with the seller within two months after discovering the defect or within two years after the goods were received by the customer. A customer can at his or her own choice request the following: (1) To correct the defect (2) To have the purchase amount refunded in proportion to the defect (3) To have the goods exchanged
(4) VTo have the purchase amount refunded
When exercising rights with regard to defects, the customer must provide a detailed description of the defect in the notification for the seller and enable the seller to inspect the product. If the defect is unquestionable, the seller must comply with the customer’s request as soon as possible or within eight days at the latest. If the defect is questionable, the seller must provide the customer with a written reply within eight days.
