The Montura Vertigo Diamond Duvet is a warm, compressible and lightweight women's jacket designed for mountaineering, climbing and various winter outdoor activities . The product is medium weight and is intended for women who need optimal thermal insulation in cold conditions , while maintaining minimal weight and volume. Due to its medium weight and compressibility, it is suitable for use all year round, especially as an outer or intermediate insulating layer on cold days.

The jacket is insulated with natural down . It uses 90% Moulard "Pure White" duck down with Nikwax DWR treatment (PFAS-free) and 10% white duck feathers , which achieves a fill power of 750 Cuin . The outer fabric is Pertex® Quantum - Diamond Fuse , an ultra-light and recycled nylon with a rip-stop construction. This material is extremely resistant to abrasion , wind and is treated with a PFAS-Free DWR water-repellent coating, which provides protection against moisture and quick drying. The jacket does not have a membrane for complete waterproofness, but only a water-repellent finish .

Key features include an adjustable hood that is compatible with a climbing helmet and is adjusted with an elastic system. The central front zipper is two-way , allowing access to the inner layers and ventilation. The jacket has two zippered hand pockets and one inner pocket with a hook-and-loop closure . The sleeve cuffs are elastic and include thumb holes for additional thermal protection and a better fit. The bottom hem of the jacket is also finished with elastic for adjustment.

The jacket is extremely compressible and can be folded into its own pocket ( stow pocket function ), making it easy to store in a backpack. The seams evenly distribute the down throughout the jacket to prevent thermal bridges.
