Crafted using the lightweight and robust Nylon Robic material (with a PU coating of 1500 mm H2O), our handlebar bag is designed for adventure. Inside, you'll find a removable waterproof insert made of coated Nylon RipStop fabric, featuring a PU 5000 mm rating and meticulously taped seams. This insert ensures that your bag's precious cargo remains reliably dry even in the harshest conditions.
The areas of the bag that come into contact with your brake and shift levers are reinforced with an extra layer of nylon fabric and durable Hypalon, guaranteeing longevity. The distance straps are reinforced with an HDPE plate to strike the perfect balance between strength and weight.
Our assembly polypropylene straps are not only eco-friendly (100% recyclable) but also engineered with a textured surface to prevent slipping in the clips. The buckles and straps are thoughtfully designed to be more understated, matching the bag's volume, while maintaining their remarkable strength. Equipped with Camlok locks, these buckles prevent any unwanted strap slippage. The double-sided roll closure of the bag, secured with Nifco clips (tested at -20°C), ensures ease of use even with gloves and offers a secure seal just like a classic Drybag.
All the stressed seams are reinforced with a zigzag Bartack stitch, and we exclusively use high-diameter polyester threads for maximum durability.
At the bottom of the bag on the exterior, beneath the compression straps, you'll find a strap chain that allows you to transport additional equipment, such as tent poles, with ease. Furthermore, our Bar Bag can be effortlessly attached to the handlebar bag, increasing the total available storage capacity.
