The Salewa Pedroc 3 DST Light men's hiking pants are the lightest model in the renowned Pedroc series, engineered for fast ascents, speed hiking, and dynamic summer mountain tours. Crafted from technologically advanced Durastretch softshell fabric with Bluesign® certification and a light weight of 106 g/m², they achieve the optimal balance between minimal weight and high durability. Weighing only 300 g, these pants deliver an exceptional feeling of lightness and unrestricted freedom of movement on long, demanding treks.

The technical fabric combines 88% polyamide for reliable resistance against abrasion and tears with 12% elastane, offering 4-way stretch for complete mobility when taking high steps on steep terrain. The outer surface is treated with an eco-friendly PFAS-free DWR finish that repels morning dew and light rain. At the same time, the material is highly breathable, wicks moisture away from the skin, and dries exceptionally fast during high-output activities.

Outstanding ergonomics are ensured by an athletic fit with a side seam length of 106 cm, pre-shaped knees, and a gusseted crotch. The comfortable elastic waistband features an internal drawcord for precise adjustment. Practicality is rounded off by 4 functional pockets: 2 open front hand pockets, 1 discreet zippered leg pocket, and 1 rear mesh pocket for quick access to energy snacks.
