The Manta Tech GTX by Scarpa is one of the most high-performance mountaineering boots on the market. In order not to compromise on weather protection and breathability, the mountaineering boot features a high-performance GORE-TEX membrane. The Pentax-XT sole technology makes use of extra-light elements, which makes the shoe suitable for all-mountain use in addition to its use as a classic crampon shoe for high alpine terrain. The ankle construction provides the support required for a four-season shoe, with an unexpectedly high forward flex that enables comfortable walking over longer distances with heavy gear.
The crampon-compatible mountaineering boot features a rock guard, reinforced heels and a protective toe cap for high alpine passages. The Manta Tech GTX’s flexible, super grippy outsole guarantees surefootedness on all terrains with comfortable rolling characteristics.
