The Norvan LD 4 is a premium hiking boot from Arc'teryx. It is designed for long distances and rugged terrain such as mud, roots and rocks. It is designed for high performance on technical mountain trails, providing comfort and stability.

The upper is made from two PFAS-free woven materials that combine flexibility and breathability, while offering targeted abrasion resistance. Special TPU laminated reinforcements provide additional protection and abrasion resistance, while a flat knit tongue wraps the foot for improved fit and stability.

The shoes feature a dual-density midsole that combines cushioning with long-lasting shock absorption and support, providing all-day comfort and stability on uneven terrain. The molded insole is smooth and comfortable, and conforms to the foot for a better feel.

The sole is made of high-quality rubber with Vibram® Megagrip technology and LITEBASE technology , which ensures durable, reliable performance in various conditions and reduces weight. The lacing system allows for smooth tightening and ensures a secure fit of the midfoot and prevents slipping back. The tongue pocket protects the laces and prevents them from bouncing or getting stuck. The shoes are designed so that they do not contain a membrane and weigh 540g (pair), which makes them one of the lighter models in their category.
