Altra Timp 5 women's trail running shoes are designed for trail running and hiking. These shoes are suitable for anyone looking for a lightweight yet comfortable shoe for running and hiking on challenging terrain. They are designed for those who want to enjoy nature and overcome different types of terrain, from wet to dry, without having to worry about comfort and grip.

The upper part of the shoe is made of textile material, which allows excellent breathability and comfort, while providing support during running. The material is lightweight but durable, which allows for fast movement and comfort even over long distances. The upper part is designed to provide optimal adaptability to the foot, regardless of the shape of the foot.

Altra EGO™ MAX midsole material is used inside the shoe, which provides a high level of cushioning and lightness. Its extreme lightness allows comfortable movement throughout the day, whether on the trail or on a mountain path.

The sole of the shoe is equipped with Vibram® Megagrip rubber technology, which provides exceptional grip on both wet and dry surfaces. This sole is designed for demanding terrain and offers optimal adaptability on a variety of surfaces. The Timp 5 is equipped with a natural fit design, which allows a wide toe box and zero drop (0 mm), which allows the natural movement of the foot. The shoe weighs only 8.6 oz (243 g), which means that they are extremely lightweight, without adding extra weight on longer runs and hikes.
