Designed for fast mountain climbs where you need the lightness of a running shoe and the stability and grip of a mountaineering boot, the Traverse 2 GORE-TEX is the ideal choice for technical terrain where fast walking is combined with rock climbing, and the GORE-TEX membrane ensures your feet stay dry in all weather conditions.

Main advantages and technologies:

• GORE-TEX Invisible fit: The membrane is laminated directly to the upper material. This eliminates wrinkles and pressure points, making the shoe lighter, faster drying and providing a natural feel, just like wearing a shoe without a membrane.
• Stabilizing midsole design: Specially designed midsole construction that improves foot control and stability on rugged mountain terrain.
• Pomoca sole: Specially designed rubber that offers superior grip on a variety of mountain surfaces.
• Stabilization plate: An integrated plate that further improves control and stability with every step.
• Rockshield protection: A special layer in the sole that offers maximum protection for the foot from sharp rocks and stones.

Hiking, technical wall ascents and all-around mountaineering. The Traverse 2 is a shoe for those who don't want to wear heavy mountaineering boots but need more protection than a classic running shoe offers.
