Montura Vertigo 3L jacket is a lightweight, technical women's hardshell jacket designed for alpinists and mountaineers who require maximum weather protection without unnecessary weight. It is intended for high altitude and mountaineering , and is suitable for use in all seasons, especially in bad weather (rain, snow, wind). The product is strictly technical outerwear and is optimized for the female anatomy. The jacket follows the Montura Vertigo Collection philosophy, which focuses on performance and protection in extreme conditions.

The jacket is three-layer (3L) and uses PROMETEO 3L membrane technology. It is a recycled nylon 6 with a micro-plain construction and natural stretch for added comfort. This membrane provides exceptional waterproofness with a water column of 20,000 mm and exceptional breathability with 30,000 g/m²/24h . The outer fabric is treated with a special PFAS-Free DWR treatment, which provides water repellency without harmful fluorocarbon compounds. The fabric is also lightweight ( 96 g/m² ), stretchy , quick-drying and offers high resistance to abrasion and wind . The jacket is also GRS (GLOBAL RECYCLED STANDARD) certified, which confirms the use of recycled materials.

The jacket has an adjustable hood that is designed to allow the wearing of a helmet. There is a central zipper on the front and two arm zippers that are designed for a minimalist look without compromising performance and protection. The cuffs are elastic and tighten with Velcro straps for a tight fit. The jacket has one chest pocket and one inner pocket . All seams are sealed to ensure complete waterproofness. The jacket allows adjustment with elastics on the hood and bottom hem for optimal fit and heat retention.

The jacket is highly compressible , meaning it is designed to take up as little space as possible in your pack when folded. It is a very lightweight garment that is ideal for dynamic activities. In order to maximize lightness, compressibility and protection, this model does not have an underarm zipper for additional ventilation.
