What are cones?

Cones are Kibuba rewards for loyal customers. They can be redeemed as a discount with every purchase, allowing you to buy products at even better prices. The current exchange rate for cones is 1 cone = 1 EURO. As the purchase amount increases, so does the value of your cones, see below.

How to get them?

With every purchase, all customers who are registered in Kibuba's loyalty programme, regardless of whether they purchase in-store, online or over the phone, receive cones in the amount of 10% of the purchase value. You will receive cones for every purchase, even if the product is on sale or being sold off.

In addition, you can get cones in a number of other ways (see below).

How can I redeem them?

Any cones you have earned can be redeemed as a discount on your next purchase at Kibuba. You get €1 off for each cone. The maximum discount per product is limited to 20% for products at regular price. The cone discount can also be redeemed for products that are discounted by less than 20% as part of a sale or sell-off. However, you can only redeem the number of cones that brings the total discount to 20% of the regular price. Cones cannot be redeemed to get a discount on the regular price when buying Kibuba gift vouchers or when buying products from the Suunto and Versante Sud brands. Customers do not receive any cones when purchasing Kibuba gift vouchers.
 

What are the other ways to get cones?

Kibuba’s bargains

Kibuba’s bargains are a list of products where you can redeem a certain number of your cones for a high discount. The range of product allowing a better deal in exchange for 10 cones is constantly changing and always features a wide range of products.

How many cones do I have?

You can always check the number and validity of your cones by logging in with your username and password at www.kibuba.com, where you will also see the price with the cone discount next to each product. On each receipt you receive, the number and validity of your cones, which you can use on your next purchase, are listed at the bottom. Cone validity

You can use the cones for up to 6 months after your last purchase. Any purchase during this period extends the validity of the cones for further 6 months. If you do not make a purchase within this period, the cones expire and you will start collecting them from the start.
