The Outdoor Research Women's Astroman Air Sun Hoodie is the ultimate choice for sun and heat protection during multi-pitch climbing, alpine trekking, and travel. Weighing a featherlight 155 g, it never restricts your movement, while built-in UPF 30 sun protection (up to UPF 50+ on select colorways) ensures worry-free days under the scorching sun. The fabric offers exceptional four-way stretch that reliably follows your every move.

Crafted from a durable yet silky-soft blend of 85% recycled nylon and 15% spandex with bluesign® certification, it dries lightning-fast and wicks moisture with ease. Strategically placed laser-perforated vents on the side panels and underarms provide superior breathability, while a deep 34 cm front zipper allows for instant ventilation during intense ascents.

An anatomical women's cut with a back length of 71 cm sits comfortably against the body and stays securely tucked under a climbing harness or backpack. The precisely engineered three-panel hood delivers full protection for your neck and ears and fits comfortably under a climbing helmet. A discreet zippered side pocket on the right hip provides safe storage for small essentials, keys, or an energy bar, while low-profile cuffs ensure seamless comfort.
